Terms of Service
Hi there! I’m really looking forward to working with you. Before we get started, here are a few simple terms to make sure we’re both on the same page. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover all coaching and advisory work we do together after payment is made, whether it’s a single session, an ongoing coaching relationship, or a broader advisory engagement.
By booking or paying for services with me, you’re agreeing to these Terms.
1. What I Offer
I provide coaching and advisory services focused on leadership, career growth, team development, and strategic product or design challenges. This can include one-on-one coaching, group sessions, advisory support, or project-based work.
Most of our work will happen via video calls, but in-person meetings can be requested. While I’ll do my best to accommodate, they aren’t guaranteed.
2. Payment Terms
Payment: All coaching and advisory services are paid for upfront unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
Invoices: For company engagements, I’ll send an invoice with payment due upon receipt unless we’ve set different terms.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, I totally understand, please just give me at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed Sessions: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be forfeited, and the fee will not be refunded.
For longer-term advisory projects, we’ll agree on timelines and deliverables separately.
4. Confidentiality
For Individual Clients: Everything we discuss stays confidential. I’ll never share personal or professional information without your consent.
For Company-Sponsored Coaching: If your coaching is through your employer, we may agree to share relevant insights with your manager to support your development. We’ll always discuss and align on what’s shared.
5. My Role & Your Responsibility
I’m here to support your growth through coaching and advisory guidance. I’ll offer advice and insights in good faith, drawing on my experience. However, it’s up to you to decide how to act on that advice. I’m not responsible for the outcomes of decisions you make.
(For example: If we discuss a strategic decision or a team challenge, you’re responsible for how you apply that advice. I’m here to support your thinking, not to make decisions for you.)
6. Let’s Be Good Humans
I believe the best work happens when we show up with kindness, respect, and integrity. I commit to treating you with professionalism and care, and I ask for the same in return.
7. Legal Bits
Limitation of Liability: While I’m committed to providing high-quality coaching and advice, I can’t guarantee specific outcomes. I’m not liable for any direct, indirect, or unexpected results from our work together.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
By booking or paying for coaching or advisory services, you’re agreeing to these Terms. If you have any questions, just reach out—I’m always happy to clarify.
Looking forward to working with you!
